Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck466 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck466 website at https://ck466.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slots, and the Cannon Fishing arcade section.

By registering an account on ck466, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the ck466 platform.

ck466 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of ck466 following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to ck466 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ck466 enforces strict age verification and does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local laws.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ck466 or have an account that has been suspended or permanently closed by the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of ck466 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.

ck466 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all registered accounts. As part of this process, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport — and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

If ck466 discovers at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria — including discovery of underage use — the account will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player may be refunded at ck466's discretion after deducting any bonuses received, while any winnings generated during the period of ineligible use will be voided and forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming features on ck466, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true and accurate and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ck466. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck466 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held within them, and reverse any winnings generated across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck466 account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ck466 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck466 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

ck466 may, at its sole discretion, require additional verification documents at any time — including but not limited to bank statements, utility bills as proof of address, source of funds documentation, or enhanced due diligence materials. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the ck466 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ck466 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ck466, though your selected payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your ck466 wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. ck466 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their standard service charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours on business days, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. ck466 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, payment provider charges may apply.

Withdrawal conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved.
• The deposited amount must have been wagered at least once in real-money game play (turnover requirement).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements associated with your account must be fulfilled or the bonus forfeited.
• There must be no outstanding security review or fraud investigation on your account.

ck466 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been flagged. Requests for documentation will be communicated via the email address registered to your account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ck466 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, bonus-derived funds are non-withdrawable.

Bonus abuse: ck466 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or zero-risk bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; using wagering strategies that do not constitute genuine game play; and providing false personal information to circumvent eligibility restrictions. Where bonus abuse is identified, ck466 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and suspend or permanently close the offending account.

Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement has not been met by the expiry date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• ck466 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.
• ck466's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ck466 platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, the Cannon Fishing arcade, and all other game types — are governed by the individual rules published by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. ck466 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand or follow the rules of a particular game.

Random Number Generators: All slot titles and virtual casino games on ck466 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our partner game studios, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. RNG outcomes are statistically independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by ck466 or by any player action. Certification of RNG integrity is maintained by the respective game providers.

Live dealer games: Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi studios are subject to the rules enforced by the live dealer and the applicable studio's game policies. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. Decisions made by ck466 or the game provider in such circumstances are final.

Sports betting: All sports betting markets on ck466 — including cricket BPL and IPL markets, football, and all other sports — are subject to the market-specific rules published on the relevant betting page. ck466 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or event cancellation. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement deadline, or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules.

Technical failures: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the ck466 platform, the affected game session or betting market, ck466 reserves the right to void the session and return stakes to the player's wallet. ck466 will not honour payouts generated as a result of a software malfunction, display error, or any other technical fault that produces an outcome inconsistent with the intended operation of the game.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ck466, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms, and in a manner that does not harm other players, the platform, or any third party. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, submitting counterfeit documents, or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one registered account on ck466 for any purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in live poker, coordinating bets in live roulette, or any other form of team play designed to exploit the platform.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated click programs, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to interact with the ck466 platform in place of or in addition to human input.
• Money laundering: Using ck466 as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise obscure the origin of funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile payment provider after depositing funds to ck466. Where a chargeback is initiated, ck466 reserves the right to suspend the account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means.
• Exploiting software errors: Intentionally taking advantage of bugs, errors, or unintended platform behaviour to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of such exploitation will be voided.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive language toward ck466 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

ck466 reserves the right to investigate any account where there is reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct and to take such action as it deems necessary, including suspending access to the account, withholding funds pending investigation, and permanently closing the account. All decisions made by ck466 in relation to prohibited conduct are final and binding.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ck466 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where any of the following conditions apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Identification of a prohibited multi-account arrangement.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal obligation to close the account under applicable law or a directive from a relevant authority.
• Extended account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, applied to the account balance after prior notice to the registered email address.

Voluntary account closure: Players who wish to close their ck466 account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-locked winnings) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Self-exclusion: Players who request self-exclusion from ck466 for responsible gaming purposes may choose a temporary exclusion period of between 24 hours and 12 months, or opt for permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and cannot be reopened at the player's request until the exclusion period has expired. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
